To promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children and families;
To enhance parents’ ability to create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment that promotes healthy child development;
To empower families to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency by developing healthy relationships, support systems and resources;
To aid in the prevention of child abuse/neglect, substance abuse, juvenile delinquency and educational failure.
